It’s now easier to access Hotmart from the comfort of your smartphone. With the Hotmart app, you can enjoy several benefits, whether you’re a Creator, Affiliate or customer.

The app's features are constantly evolving to provide more convenience, practicality, integration, and results for both our consumers and content creators. 

With the Hotmart app, Creators and Affiliates can: 

• Track their sales performance; 
• Manage promotional links; 
• Access their balance and manage their Hotmart card right from the app;

All of this brings more practicality and speed when making the necessary adjustments to grow your digital business. 

Meanwhile, customers can view all their purchased content in one place without ads or distractions. 

Watching video lessons gets easier, and even better: you can check the content offline directly from your smartphone (but to guarantee this comfort for customers, Creators must use our Hotmart Player).

❯ To access the Hotmart app, just follow the steps below:

1. First, download the Hotmart app from your phone’s app store - App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) 
2. If you already have a Hotmart account, just click Log in with my Hotmart account and enter the same email and password you use on the platform. 
3. If you choose to Create an account, enter your email and confirm it.
4. Next, a 5-digit code will be sent to your email address.
5. Enter that code in the app and start exploring. 

Frequently Asked Questions

❯ Why can’t I access the Hotmart app?

If you're having trouble accessing the Hotmart app, make sure to follow the steps below:
• Use the same login (email) and password you already use for the Hotmart platform.;
• Check if your app is updated to the latest version. You can verify it on Google Play ou AppStore;
• If you're having trouble with your password, go to the platform and click Forgot My Password.

If you're still unable to access it, open a support request describing the issue and informing the model and OS version of your phone. Don’t forget to use the same email you registered on Hotmart. To open a request, click Contact Us at the end of this article.

❯ What happened to the communities from the previous app version?

To provide a more modern, integrated experience aligned with Hotmart’s current solutions, the communities in the previous app version will be discontinued starting in July.
Until then, you can migrate your communities to Hotmart Club.
During the migration, all content—including space, members, posts, comments, and interactions—will be moved to Hotmart’s members area, with no loss for the Creator.
Members will be notified of the change and receive a new access link once the migration is complete.

❯ How can I update my paid communities to Hotmart Club?

Follow the steps to migrate paid comunnities: 

1. Log into your Hotmart account at https://app.hotmart.com/.

2. In the left sidebar, click Products, then Members Area.

3. Choose the members area you prefer.

4. In the left menu, select Products, then + Add product.

5. Select the communities you want to migrate to Hotmart Club and click Save.
   

❯ How can I update my open communities to Hotmart Club?

Follow the steps to migrate open comunnities: 

1. Log into your Hotmart account at https://app.hotmart.com/.

2. In the left sidebar, click Products, then Members Area.

3. Choose the members area you prefer.

4. In the upper right corner, click Preview to go to the showcase.

5. In the sidebar, click Import community, select the one you want to update, and choose its privacy setting.

6. To finish, click Save.
