What status can a withdrawal request take?

Withdrawal requests on Hotmart can take different statuses that help affiliates and producers to monitor their updates through the system.

The statuses the request can take are:

Pending: the user has already requested the withdrawal on our platform.
Processing: Hotmart received the withdrawal request and forwarded it to the bank for payment.
Scheduled: the bank has received the request and will proceed with the payment.
Done: the payment was successfull and the amount can be redeemed directly to the bank account registered on HotPay.
Returned: the bank identified an error in the bank details provided, which is why the payment was not made. In this case, it is necessary to review them on our platform.
