How to set up my bank account for automatic transfer of commissions?

Automatic transfer is a Hotmart feature that monthly sends your accumulated commissions in foreign currencies (such as US Dollars, Euros, and Pounds) directly to your registered bank account.

Step-by-step to select or change the payout account

1. Log in to your Hotmart account at https://app.hotmart.com.
2. In the left side menu, click Wallet and access the Balance tab.
3. On the desired foreign currency, click Change account.
4. Select your preferred bank account and click Choose account.
5. If your bank account accepts payments in different currencies (for example, receiving Euros in US Dollars), select your preferred option in the Bank account for automatic transfer section.

Important: If you already have an active and approved bank account for that foreign currency, the system will link it automatically. You can change this selection at any time by following the step-by-step guide above.

How does automatic transfer work?

Currencies included: exclusive to foreign currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, among others). The Brazilian Real (BRL) does not have automatic transfer — for sales in BRL, withdrawals are 100% manual, available starting from R$ 2.00 (plus the withdrawal fee of R$ 1.99).

Frequency and date: transfers occur once a month, always between Monday and Friday of the third week of each month.

Minimum amount for automatic transfer: the minimum amount for automatic transfer is 100 USD (dollars) cleared. Smaller balances continue to accumulate in your wallet.

Hotmart fee exemption: the platform does not charge a fee for performing the monthly automatic transfer.

Bank fees: your local bank or intermediary bank may charge international receiving fees or currency conversion fees.

Automatic transfer does not exclude the possibility of requesting withdrawals on the platform on your own whenever you want. For manual withdrawals, the minimum amount is US$ 20.00 or € 20.00 (plus the fee of US$ 1.99 or € 1.99). ❯ Will my sales in Brazilian Real (BRL) be transferred automatically?

No. Automatic transfer does not apply to sales in BRL. Commissions in Brazilian Real remain in your Hotmart Wallet and you decide when to request a manual withdrawal (available from R$ 2.00, plus the fee of R$ 1.99).

❯ Can I choose the day the automatic transfer takes place?

No. The automatic transfer date is fixed and set by Hotmart (always in the third week of the month). If you need the funds before that date, you can perform a traditional manual withdrawal on the platform (starting from US$ 20.00 / € 20.00 + fee of US$ 1.99 / € 1.99).

❯ Can I disable automatic transfers for foreign currencies?

Generally, no. Automatic transfer for foreign currency commissions above the minimum limit is part of the platform's standard and mandatory operation.

• Exception: Hotmart Card users (Latin America, except Brazil) can pause automatic transfer in the app (Hotmart Card Menu > Set up automatic transfer > Disabled) to keep the balance available as credit limit on the card.

❯ What happens if my bank rejects the automatic transfer?

If your bank rejects the transfer (due to an inactive account or incorrect information), the transfer is canceled and the full amount returns to your Hotmart Wallet. In these cases, you will need to register and validate an active bank account that accepts international transfers.
