How do I contact the creator?

If you have any questions about the content of your course, bonuses, payment methods or offers, you should contact the creator directly. This is because Hotmart is the platform that digital creators use to sell their content. We provide the digital environment and the creator is responsible for the product information.

If you have already made the purchase and want to contact the creator, you can follow the steps below:

1. Go to https://consumer.hotmart.com;
2. Click on My purchases;
3. Choose the product you want and click Show details;
4. Under the name of your product, you will find the creator's support e-mail, as shown below:

If you haven't made your purchase yet, the creator's support contact can be found on the payment page.
At the bottom of the page, below the green purchase confirmation button, click on "Need help? Contact" and the seller's support e-mail will be available:
