Why can't I find the payment option I need on the checkout page?

When Producers list their products on Hotmart, they can choose from a variety of payment methods, selecting the ones most suitable for their product and strategies.

On our platform, you can find the following payment methods:

• Samsung Pay (except for Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Chile)
• Google Pay (except Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Chile)
• Apple Pay (except Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Chile)
• Oxxo (Mexico)
• Pix (Brazil)
• Hotmart Balance (Hotmart Balance is available only in Brazil. For buyers outside the country to use the balance, the offer must be registered in reais)
• Virtual debit card Caixa (Brazil)
• Cash Payment (Peru)
• Simple (Chile)
• Multibanco (Portugal)
• SEPA (European Union)
• BACS (United Kingdom)
• PSE (Colombia)
• Efecty (Colombia)
• SPEI (Mexico)

The payment methods available or the possibility of payment in installments will depend on the payment tools that the Producer has configured on their payment page.

When making a purchase, it's crucial to select your country, so that the payment options that are available for your region and currency appear.

In the upper right corner of the checkout page, you will find the country selection menu:

In case the payment method you would like to pay with is not available, you also have the option to contact the Producer and ask if it is possible to add the payment method you need. The configuration of these methods is the sole responsibility of the Producer.
