My student no longer has access to my Members Area. What should I do?

This article is for creators who have a subscription product with Hotmart.

Thinking about the financial health of your business, students with overdue payments will not have access to the Hotmart Club for their subscription product.

This will be done automatically by our system. This means that even if you grant access manually, those who haven’t paid for the subscription of your digital product will no longer have access to it. 

Student access to Hotmart Club is an automated process and a reflection of current payment and subscription status.
