Cookies are small files created by visited websites and are saved on the user's computer through the browser.
These files contain information that serves to identify the visitor, either to customize the page according to the profile or to facilitate the transport of data between the pages of the same website.
Allowing cookies allows websites to receive and process important information for a better user experience. Removing cookies makes navigation more difficult. Without them, every visit to a certain page will be like the first time.
To allow cookies in your browser, follow the steps below:
On the computer:

Allow Cookies in Chrome
- Open Chrome
- In the upper right corner, click More (3 dots icon);
- Go to Settings;
- Under Privacy and security, click Cookies and other site data;
- Select the Allow all cookies option.
Allow Cookies in Safari
- Open Safari;
- In the upper-right corner, click Safari. Then go to Adjustments;
- Click on Privacy;
- Uncheck Block all cookies.
Allow Cookies in Mozilla Firefox
- Open Mozilla Firefox;
- In the upper right corner, click on the menu (3 dashes) and select Settings;
- Select Privacy and Security;
- If Normal mode is selected, all cookies except trackers are allowed.
- If Strict mode is selected, change it to Normal or Custom.
- If Custom mode is selected, uncheck the option to block Cookies, or leave it checked and select Block only cross-site tracking cookies and isolate other cross-site cookies.
Allow Cookies in Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge;
- In the upper right corner, click the options button (3 dots);
- Then select Settings;
- Tap the Cookies and Site Permissions button;
- At the top of the window, go to Manage and Delete Cookies and Site Data;
- Uncheck "Block third-party cookies".
On mobile devices:
Allow Cookies from Chrome
- On your smartphone or tablet, open Chrome;
- In the upper right corner, click More Settings;
- Go to Site settings, then tap Cookies.
- Activate the Allow cookies option.
Allow Cookies from Safari
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Safari;
- Go to Adjustments, then click on Safari;
- Go to the Cookies section;
- Uncheck Block all Cookies.
Allow Cookies from Mozilla Firefox
- On your smartphone or tablet, open Firefox;
- In the upper right corner, click Settings;
- Under Privacy and Security, go to Enhanced Tracking Protection;
- If Normal mode is selected, all cookies except trackers are allowed.
- If Strict mode is selected, change it to Normal or Custom.
- If Personalizado (Custom) mode is selected, uncheck the option to block Cookies, or leave it checked and select Block only cross-site tracking cookies and isolate other cross-site cookies.
Allow Cookies from Microsoft Edge
- On your smartphone or tablet, open Microsoft Edge;
- At the bottom center of the screen, click on the options button (3 dots);
- Then select Settings;
- Tap the Site Settings button;
- At the top of the window, go to the Cookies option;
- Check the "Allow Cookies" option.
