How does the Black November 2025 campaign work?

The Hotmart Black November campaign is the perfect opportunity for Hotmart creators, cocreators, and affiliates to boost their sales and maximize profits throughout November.

In this year’s campaign, participation is automatic: simply make sales from October 20 to December 7. Hotmart will calculate a personalized goal for you and provide the best tools and strategies to make November your best sales month of the year.

How can I join the campaign?

In 2025, all creators registered on Hotmart who make at least one sale between October 20 and December 7 will automatically participate in Black November.

On October 20, you will be able to access a personalized dashboard on the platform with a sales goal calculated especially for you; just follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Hotmart account via https://app.hotmart.com/.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Black November.
3. Done! Now you can view your goal and track your performance.

When you start making sales, you immediately get an exclusive benefit: your sales count for double points on the Hotmart Stars track, which recognizes the market’s best annual performances.

What are the rewards?

During the campaign’s sales period you can also earn rewards based on your performance. Participants who reach at least 100% of their assigned goal will be eligible for exclusive prizes:

• Exclusive collectible item: Reach your goal and receive an exclusive collectible item reserved for Black November winners. After the campaign ends, those who met the goal will receive an email with instructions on how to claim the special item.
• Digital social-media kit: Receive personalized digital assets to share your achievements as soon as you hit your goal.
  
• Tickets to FIRE Sessions 2026: The top five performers in each revenue tier will receive tickets to Hotmart FIRE Sessions 2026 in Medellín, Colombia.
  

Additionally, the top seller of Black November—the person with the highest total revenue—will go down in history as Supreme Black November 2025 and will receive a special commemorative plaque.

❯ When do my sales start counting toward the goal? 

Sales are counted from October 20 through December 7, 2025 for all registered users with active sales on Hotmart.

❯ Do I need to register or select specific products to participate?

No. This year, all sales of all your products will be automatically considered for the rewards.

❯ I started selling recently, after the campaign began. Can I participate?

Yes — all your sales from October 20 through December 7, 2025 will be eligible. 

❯ I sell as an Affiliate on Hotmart. Can I participate in the campaign?

In this year’s Black November edition, only creator and cocreator receive a personalized goal to take part. If you act exclusively as an Affiliate, you will not see the campaign dashboard and sales made as an Affiliate will not be counted toward the goal. If you are also a creator and cocreator of a product on Hotmart, you can participate normally with sales of your own products.

❯ Where do I track my performance?

You can monitor your sales and progress toward the goal in the campaign dashboard starting on October 20, 2025. Access it via the Black November menu in the left-hand menu on the homepage of your Hotmart account.

❯ When and how do I claim my prizes?

Winners will be announced starting December 15, 2025. If you reached your goal, you will receive by email the exclusive digital assets to celebrate your achievements and a form to claim the collectible item.

❯ How does the double scoring for the Hotmart Stars Journey work? 

Hotmart Stars is the performance track that considers customers’ results over a 12-month period. Your sales will be worth double points for the track for the period from October 1 to December 31, 2025, and you will be able to view that score in early 2026.
