How do I change the payment date of my subscription?

You can change the payment date of your subscription whenever you need to.

This change will only be applied from the next billing month. For example, if your subscription renews every 10th, and you decide to change the billing date to every 5th on January 11th, the next monthly fee will be charged on February 10th and the change will only take effect on March 5th.

To change the date, just follow the steps below: 

1. If your profile is registered as a buyer, go to https://consumer.hotmart.com.
   If your profile is registered as a Creator or Affiliate, go to app.hotmart.com.
2. After logging in, click on My purchases. 
3. Select the product you want and then click on Show Details. 
4. Look up for the most recent transaction, then on Set up payment.
5. A new page will open and, in the Billing date section, click on Change Billing Date then select the new date.
6. After updating the date, click on Save.

The new billing date will be valid for future payments not yet scheduled.
