How to integrate with Quaderno

Integrating your Hotmart account with Quaderno takes just a few clicks. We'll guide you through the process directly, but keep this article open for easy reference as you follow the steps.

❯ Creating a Quaderno account

1. To create a Quaderno account, access the sign-up page. If you already have an account, go to step ‘Entering your information for integration’.

1. Access your Quaderno’s account by clicking here.
2. Go to API Keys through the menu at the top right.

3. Copy the information from the API URL field.

4. Access the Hotmart-Quaderno integration screen.
5. Paste the API URL on the corresponding field of the integration screen.

6. Go back to Quaderno and copy the Private Key information..

7. Now, go back to the Hotmart integration and paste the Private Key in the corresponding field.

8. Click on Integrate. 
9. Done! Now every sale of that product will automatically be submitted to Quaderno.

❯ Registering your products in Quaderno

When you integrate your Hotmart account with Quaderno, your products are automatically added to the Quaderno platform without the need for manual registration.

❯ Generating Invoices

When the integration is active, invoices are automatically created with the tax rate applied according to the product category registered on Hotmart and the buyer's country.
