How to access the Checkout Page settings?
To start setting up your Checkout Page, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Hotmart account at https://app.hotmart.com.
- In the left-hand menu, go to Tools > Show all.
- Select Payment settings, or use the search bar to find it faster.
- Choose the product you want to customize and click Continue.
- You’ll be taken to the Checkout Page settings screen, where you can customize all available options.
What settings are available?
Inside the Checkout Page settings, you’ll find different sections you can adjust based on your product and sales strategy. Here’s a quick guide to each one:
- Sales status: Enable or pause product sales as needed. To temporarily stop sales, select Suspended sales, located below your product’s name.
- Support email: Add a valid email address where buyers can contact your customer support team.
