How to issue an Invoice report

When accessing the invoice report, the first invoices that will be displayed refer to the current year. You can consult the invoices available since 2018 by changing the filters.

Note that for Creators who made sales to Colombia, details on how to download all invoices issued by Hotmart related to the service provided before this date can be found at the end of this article.

Important:

• All invoices made available will always be linked to the document currently registered on the platform. Therefore, if for any reason you wish to modify your documentation, please be aware. In this case, only the invoices referring to the new document will be available.

• The invoice download link only allows you to download the file and cannot be shared.

• Invoices are only issued in the months in which services were provided.

• Invoices for sales to Colombia will be available from January 1, 2024. 

• The report on sales for other countries is available in Reports > Self-Billing.

To issue your report, follow the steps below:

1. Access your Hotmart account.
2. From the side menu, click on Sales > Reports.
3. Click on Invoices to access all invoices relating to the services provided by Hotmart.

Brazilian producers who already make sales and all producers who have already made sales to Colombia can download all invoices issued by Hotmart in relation to the services provided (taxes, withdrawal fees, etc).

To access the report, the Creator must follow the following criteria: 

• Have made sales to Colombia or have the account registered in Brazil.

• Have an approved account for receiving commissions.
