The PIX payment option is automatically enabled on your Payment Page (checkout) for all your Products sold (single payment or subscriptions) on Hotmart, without you having to configure it manually. As long as you don't disable it, the payment method will appear as an option.
Thus, in addition to offering another payment option for Buyers, you have more agility to withdraw the value of your sales. When a purchase is paid via PIX, the balance for withdrawal is available within 3 days after payment confirmation.
If you have come this far and, for some reason, have disabled the option and wish to enable it again, follow the step-by-step below.
- Access your account using the link: https://app.hotmart.com/
- On the left side menu, choose Products;
- Choose the product to which you want to add this payment method;
- In the product's internal menu on the left, click Tools;
- Among the options, choose Payment Settings;
- In the section Payment Options, enable PIX.
IMPORTANT: At the moment, PIX is only available for subscription products for Producers who have a Brazilian account and sell to buyers residing in Brazil. And, if you use Order Bump and Sales Funnel in your strategies, you can also include PIX as a payment method.
How to guide your buyer to make a payment via PIX?
- Fill in the requested personal data (e.g., name and email);
- Click on the PIX option;
- A page with a QR Code will be generated;
- They can use the Internet banking payment service or the service that offers PIX payment via QR Code;
- Complete the payment. You'll access the product within a few minutes after payment confirmation.
Note: Instruct them to check if the Bank they use has Pix available to make payments.
For greater security, advise your purchaser to always use the option Read QR Code or Copy PIX Code.
Hotmart does not request payments to be sent directly to CNPJ, TED to third parties, or any other address numbers.
