At the Hotmart platform, you have access to a space called Exported Reports. This space gives you access to a screen with the history of report downloads already made, which will be stored for 12 months. Additionally, you can re-download the reports that appear in the list.

Where can I find the “Exported Reports” tool?
1- Accessing directly in tools
- Access your Hotmart account using the link: https://app.hotmart.com
- On the top right menu, select the 9 dots on the top right corner
- Click Tools
- A screen will appear with several tools. Select the Exported Reports option
By clicking on this tool you will be directed to the report download history.
2- After downloading a report
Shortly after issuing a report, a pop-up like this will open:
Then click on the “Go To Exported Reports” blue button.
If your report has more than twenty thousand transactions, the window will look like this:
And then, click on the hyperlink Go To Exported Reports

How to use the tool?
When accessing the Download Center, you will be able to view your export history. If you have never exported a report, your screen will look like this:
But if you have downloaded any reports, the history will be available for 12 months. Furthermore, it will be possible to check the format, status (error processing, available, or processing), and even download each report again, by clicking on the download arrow in the actions column.
