The Self-Billing report is an invoice that shows the commissions received for the international sales you have made. In it, you will have access to the details of your sales organized by month and currency.
To issue your report, follow the steps below:
1. Access your Hotmart account.
2. From the side menu, choose Reports;
3. Click on Self Billing ;
4. Choose the filters you want;
5. Issue the report
On this screen, you will have access to the generation information in the report, such as register information, receiving bank account, and total amount received.
You will see the sales made for each product, the price per unit, and the total amount.
By clicking on the magnifying glass icon, you will see all the transactions for that month for the product in question.
6. By clicking on Export to PDF, you will be able to download and save your reports;
Warning: this report has no fiscal value for Brazilian Producers, Co-Producers or Affiliates who sell products overseas. If you operate in Brazil and Colombia, the specific tax obligations of these countries must be met independently of this report.
