Hotmart Extensions is an integrated solution with tools that can take your business to the next level and automate tasks so you can focus on your content.
With the Lead Capture feature, you can automatically collect leads from multiple sources during your buyers' journey. It's a great way to keep your contact list active and up to date. To use this feature, just follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Hotmart account: https://app-vlc.hotmart.com/login
- In the upper right corner, click on the dots next to your profile picture
- Click on My Extensions
- On the left side menu, click Capture Leads
- On the tool screen, click Activate capture
- The next step is creating a segmentation for a product or webinar. Here are some of the options for Product segmentation:
- Subscription Status (active, inactive, canceled, etc.)
- Product Rating (how did your customers rate your product?)
- Purchase Status (cart abandonment, awaiting payment, purchase approved, etc.)
In Webinar segmentation, you can create filters to capture leads from a webinar of your choice.
7. Once you choose the filters, they will appear on the main page of the Capture Leads tool, and you can enable or disable each filter you create separately but cannot remove the filter group.
8. Don't forget to click Update to make sure your list of contacts is updated as you collect new leads.
The Tag (Klicksend) column shows how the segmentation will appear in your Hotmart Page Creator, where you can view and edit the tags.
Done! Now you can create segmented email campaigns and personalized messages for each moment of your customer's journey.
Note:
- If you already have ACTIVE PRODUCTS, you will need to go through the steps described above for each of your products to activate lead capture.
- If you activate Extensions and then create NEW PRODUCTS, the related groups will automatically appear on the Lead Capture page.
Activating Extensions means publishing a page in the Page Creator, creating an Email marketing campaign, or hosting a webinar.
