Get to know Hotmart Journey: Stars and Legacy

Hotmart Journey is Hotmart’s recognition program for creators, affiliates, and cocreators. It highlights important milestones in the journey of those who sell through the platform and recognizes both the growth of their results and the legacy they build over time.

Hotmart Journey brings together recognition and benefits related to your journey on the platform and is divided into two paths. Each one considers a different type of criteria:

• Hotmart Journey Stars recognizes your performance over a 12-month period.
• Hotmart Journey Legacy considers your cumulative net revenue throughout your entire journey on Hotmart.

This means that while one path tracks your progress over a specific period, the other recognizes the milestones you build over time.

How does Hotmart Journey Stars work?

Hotmart Journey Stars is the performance-based path in the Journey program. In it, Hotmart recognizes the results you achieve over a 12-month period, taking into account the consistency and growth of your digital business.

This path may include experiences, events, and opportunities to connect with the community. The goal is to recognize those who maintain a path of continuous growth on the platform.

How does Hotmart Journey Legacy work?

Hotmart Journey Legacy recognizes the milestones you build throughout your journey on Hotmart. In this path, what matters is your cumulative net revenue on the platform.

Legacy is divided into three chapters: Earth Chapter, Milky Way Chapter, and Cosmos Chapter.

❯ In Hotmart Earth Chapter, the milestones are:

• Hotmart Project: product registration on the platform.
• Hotmart Blueprint: USD 2,000 in net sales.
• Hotmart Build: USD 20,000 in net sales.
• Hotmart Spaceship: USD 50,000 in net sales.
• Hotmart Mission: USD 100,000 in net sales.

Earth Chapter milestones grant digital badges in your wallet. 

In the Blueprint and Build milestones, there are also physical rewards: at Blueprint, the user receives an exclusive amulet; at Build, they receive a framed plaque. These rewards are offered only to accounts with a tax address in Brazil.
 

❯ In Hotmart Milky Way Chapter, the milestones are:

• Hotmart BlackOne: USD 200,000 in net sales.
• Hotmart BlackMoon: USD 1 million in net sales.
• Hotmart BlackVenus: USD 2 million in net sales.
• Hotmart BlackSun: USD 5 million in net sales.
• Hotmart BlackSirius: USD 20 million in net sales.

Milky Way Chapter milestones include Black Boxes and bracelets.

• Cosmos I: USD 50 million in net sales.
• Cosmos II: USD 100 million in net sales.

The reward for the Cosmos Chapter is the Space Helmet Cosmos.

How is net revenue calculated?

Net revenue is the total revenue earned from approved and completed sales of products registered on Hotmart, after deducting platform fees and commissions paid to affiliates and/or cocreators.

For Hotmart Journey Legacy milestones, the amount considered varies according to the country registered on the account:

• For accounts registered in Brazil, revenue is calculated in Brazilian reais (R$). To check these amounts, visit the Portuguese version of this article.
• For accounts registered in other countries, revenue is calculated in U.S. dollars (US$). 

If sales are made in currencies other than the one used to calculate the account’s revenue, the amounts will be converted based on the exchange rate on the date of the sale.

What are the Hotmart Card benefits in Journey?

As you move forward through Hotmart Journey milestones, you may also unlock benefits related to the Hotmart Card.

The card lets you use the available balance in your Hotmart account and can be requested in either a physical or virtual version. It is available in two categories, based on your current Journey milestone:

• Business category: for those at the Project, Blueprint, Build, Spaceship, or Mission milestones.
• Black category: for those at the BlackOne, BlackMoon, BlackVenus, BlackSun, BlackSirius, or Cosmos milestones.

Each category includes exclusive benefits offered by the Mastercard network, such as purchase protection, travel insurance, 24/7 personal assistance, extended warranty, and more.

❯ When will I receive my rewards after reaching a new milestone in Hotmart Legacy?

Clients with account managers: Black Boxes and other rewards will be shipped to the address registered on the platform as soon as the milestone is reached. The Hotmart team may contact you to confirm details or address any questions about the delivery.

Clients without account managers: Submit a request through the Help Center. Click the blue Contact us button at the end of this article. On the new page, select I’m a creator or I’m an affiliate and choose Request Hotmart Journey Rewards as the reason for contact. Complete the form with the email and details of the account that reached the milestone, and submit your request with the necessary information.

❯ How to participate in Hotmart Journey?

Participation is automatic. Once a client registers and activates a product on the platform, their journey begins. On the Hotmart Legacy track, they enter the first stage: Hotmart Project. From that point forward, the client's sales are tracked as they work towards reaching the second stage: Hotmart Blueprint.

❯ How do I check my progress on the Hotmart Legacy track?

    To check your total net sales on the platform, follow these steps:

1. On the left-side menu, click on Sales > My Sales.
2. Filter: Select the entire period from your first sale to today.
3. To view the total sales amount, select only the transactions with "approved" and "completed" status.
4. If you’ve made sales in currencies other than Brazilian Reais, export the detailed report of all sales by clicking on the Export button and consider the converted amount.

Important: Sales revenue information in the report may take up to 24 hours to update after a sale.
