How to set up the Collaboration Center?

What is the Collaborators Center?

The Collaborators Center is a feature available at Hotmart that allows creators to add collaborators with permissions to perform specific tasks for them, such as sales management or customer support. Creators can create a profile, assign specific permissions to it and add collaborators. 

For example, you can create a help center for your product by adding your support agents to the platform with permissions that match the type of information they need to help your customers. The goal is to make your buyers' experience even better!

No collaborator will be allowed to change a creator's personal data (in "My Account"), alter permissions, or create profiles in the Collaborators Center. These permissions are exclusive to the product creator.

How to create profiles in the Collaborators Center

1. Log in at https://app-vlc.hotmart.com/login
2. In the left-side menu, click on Tools
3. Select Collaborators Center
4. Click Add Profile
5. Enter the profile name and choose the permissions they'll have
6. Then click Save.

How to include collaborators in the profiles

1. Select the My Collaborators tab
2. Click Add Collaborator
3. Fill in the "Name" and "Email" fields. Then select a Collaborator profile from the list.
4. Click on Add

• Once you add the user, they'll receive an invitation via email and have to accept it. If you have any issues, you can resend the invitation. To do this, just select My Collaborators, choose a profile, click on the dots icon, and then on Resend.
  
  
• You can edit collaborators' permissions at any time, associating them to another profile or creating a specific profile for them.

How can I edit collaborators' profiles?

1. In the Profiles tab, find the profile you want to edit and click on the dots icon
2. Click Edit
3. The changes you make will be effective immediately

Important: In the Collaborators Center, you'll also find the My Collaborators Centers tab. There, you'll be able to view the centers in which you're a collaborator.
