How to manage access reminder emails in Hotmart?

Keeping buyers engaged is essential for any digital content creator. That’s why Hotmart offers an automatic access reminder email campaign, which emphasizes the importance of consuming the purchased content right after the purchase. However, we understand that each creator has their own communication strategies, which is why we have developed the Email manager feature.

This tool allows you to disable automatic reminder emails sent on days 1, 3, and 7 after purchase approval, directly within the selected products. By default, this feature is automatically enabled for all products hosted on Hotmart Club, but you can disable it at any time.

 In this article, we will teach you how to use this feature to manage the email campaign and your buyers' access journey.

How to disable access reminder emails?

❯ To disable automatic reminder emails for a specific product, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Hotmart account via https://app.hotmart.com/.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Products, then My products.
3. Find the product you want to manage and click to select it.
4. In your product dashboard, click on the Tools tab in the left-hand menu.
5. In the list of available tools, locate and click Email manager.
6. Once the tool is open, click the Disable button and confirm the action to deactivate it.

Important: The deactivation will take effect the day after the configuration.

If you want to reactivate the campaign in the future, simply follow the same steps and click the button to enable it again.

Important information about the tool

• The tool is only available for products registered in Hotmart Club. Products hosted in external members areas are not compatible with this feature.
• It is not possible to disable mandatory post-purchase emails, as they comply with regulatory requirements.
• Currently, it is not possible to disable the reminder email campaign for all products at once. The configuration must be done individually for each product.
• The tool does not allow customization of the email content, images, or CTAs. It only allows enabling or disabling email sending.
