Often, the name of the product might appear partially in the charge description. For example, if the product purchased was Learn how to be a creator, the charge could appear as HTM*HT LEARNHOWPRO.

First, check if you have any active subscriptions, or if someone close to you, such as a family member or friend who has access to your card, might have made the purchase.
If the purchase is not recognized, please contact our Support team by clicking on the blue Contact us button located at the end of this page. When contacting us, indicate Unauthorized charges as the subject of your request and provide us with the following information:
- Your full name
- Date of purchase
- The first 6 and the last 4 digits of the card used
- The brand of your card (Mastercard, Visa, etc.)
