The products offered on our platform may have access periods defined by the creators. This means that not all of them offer lifetime access, i.e. access that does not expire.
The access time will also depend on the type of product you have purchased, which could be:
Digital products with one-time payment
It's a product for which you make the payment only once to gain access. Unlike a subscription (where charges are recurring), this type of purchase gives you access to the course without the need to renew the payment later.
In general, products that require only one payment for access usually don't have an expiration date or a limit regarding the determined access time.
As this configuration is decided by the creators, we suggest contacting their support team directly to get more details about the previously set access time.
If you have trouble finding the support email, refer to our article How do I contact the creator?.
Subscriptions
Our platform also offers the option of subscription products. This option allows for recurring charges, ensuring continuous access to the product purchased. The billing frequency is configured by the Producer and can be set with options for weekly, monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual periods.
If the creator does not set a specific number of recurrences, charges will be made until the buyer cancels the subscription. In this way, access to the course content remains only for as long as payments are made by the buyer.
The access period can vary according to the contracted plan. For example, in a monthly plan, starting from the payment date, you will have access for a period of 30 days, with the next monthly fee charged for renewal. The same logic applies to weekly, bimonthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans.
On the other hand, when the periodicity is limited by the creator, i.e. a subscription in which the creator has set a maximum billing time, it is at the creator's discretion whether or not to allow access to the content after the last installment of the contracted plan has been paid. This can happen in monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, or semi-annual plans.
If you have any questions about the plan you have subscribed to, you can consult your subscriber area by logging in to our platform. You can also contact the creator for more information.
Smart Installment plans
The Smart Installment plan allows the buyer to split the purchase into monthly installments without compromising the total credit card limit. Each month, the buyer receives a new charge with the proportional installment amount until the payments are completed.
If a payment for any installment is delayed, access to the product is blocked. If more than one installment is overdue, all need to be settled to regain access to the product.
To reprocess your payment and regain access to your product, you can refer to our article How do I reprocess my payment?.
