The product I’ve purchased promised me a physical product or a bonus. What should I do?

Hotmart is a platform that manages the sale and distribution of digital products registered in our system. However, we do not manage the delivery of any physical products, gifts, or bonuses that accompany your digital product.

For questions about the delivery of physical items, or access to bonuses of the digital product you’ve purchased, please contact the content creator directly, since they are responsible for managing these deliveries.

To find the contact information for the creator responsible for the product you purchased, follow the instructions below:

• Go to the page: https://consumer.hotmart.com/ 
• Click on your product;
• That's it! The contact information will appear under the product name.

The creator’s contact information is also available on the Checkout Page and in the purchase/access confirmation email you received:
