How do I update my account from buyer to affiliate and creator?

When you make a purchase, a Hotmart account is automatically created so that you can access the details of your product. This account can also be enabled to act as an affiliate and/or creator. 

Follow the steps below to enable the options mentioned above: 

1. Access your account via the link https://consumer.hotmart.com/.
2. In the left-hand menu, click on Start a Business.
3. That's it! You will be redirected to a new area of the platform where you will have to register your details. Once you have filled in all your details, you can choose whether to register your own product or to affiliate to an existing product.

If, even after completing your registration, you still only access the purchase screen, it is possible that your computer is storing data in its cache memory. In order to make your browser recognize your completed registration, you need to clear the cache.
