In these step-by-step instructions, we will teach you how to access all of your products and download them:

Accessing my ebook

First, it’s important that you know that when you make your first purchase through our platform, an account is created for you automatically, and there are two ways to access your ebook:

1. By email

The moment your purchase is approved, you will receive an email containing the information to access your content. This email is called Purchase approved: you’re all set to access your product!

Find the email in your inbox to set your password and access the content. 

The files will be available for download on the Hotmart platform. 

Very important: in case you are asked for a password when opening the file after downloading, the password is your own email address registered during your purchase.

And, if you’ve already purchased other products through our platform, the password is the same as the one you used to access other products delivered by Hotmart, which you have purchased.

2. Through the Hotmart platform

If you can't find the email in your inbox, don't worry, just follow the steps below:

1. Go to https://consumer.hotmart.com 
2. In the User or email field, enter your email address
3. In the Password field, enter your Hotmart password. If you don't have a password, just click on “I forgot my password”
4. Finally, click Log in

Or, if you prefer, go to https://app-vlc.hotmart.com/login to access your Hotmart account. Then, on the left side menu, click on "My Purchases". 

In addition, below are a few tips on how to access your product. Check them out!

- There’s no need to download PDFs every time you wish to view your purchase’s content. Just search for the downloaded files in your “downloads” folder, which are saved on your computer and can be accessed offline, with no need to log in again to the platform or download them again!

- Don't forget to check that your computer has a PDF reader installed.

- The first time you access the “My Products” page, you must complete your registration. Fill in the following fields: ZIP Code, State, City, Address, Additional info, and District.

- In each product’s details, you’ll find the purchase summary, in which you specify the type of delivery for that product, and the creator’s contact details. 

- Have you come across an EPUB file? EPUB is another format for reading ebooks that provides a better reading experience, such as increasing font size, adjusting the page size to the device, and integration with audios. To download the file, I suggest you use a computer rather than a mobile or tablet.
