After requesting the withdrawal of the available balance in your Hotmart account, our system signals the bank to start transferring the funds to your registered bank account. During this process, your withdrawal request can go through several statuses, which help creators and affiliates track each step directly on the Statement screen, located in the Wallet menu. Here’s what each status might indicate:
- Pending: as soon as the withdrawal is requested, the status will be Pending.
- Processing: when your request is sent to the bank by Hotmart, the status will change to Processing.
- Scheduled: when the bank receives the request, the status changes to Scheduled.
- Completed: the requested amount will be sent to your bank account within one business day. The status of the request will change to Completed when the bank confirms that the amount is already in your bank account.
How long will it take for the funds to be available in my bank account?
The time to identify the funds in your bank account can take between 5 to 10 business days, as the transfer goes through different international banks (in case of withdrawals in different currencies) before reaching your account.

For creators and affiliates with accounts registered in Brazil, the time to identify the funds in your bank account may vary according to the information below:
- Withdrawals requested before 12:00 (GMT-3) will be paid by the next business day.
- Withdrawals requested after 12:00 (GMT-3) or on non-business days will be paid by the second business day after approval.
- If the receiving account is a savings account, the timeframe for receiving the funds is up to 72 business hours.
