What is the Hotmart Card and how does it work?

The Hotmart Card is a practical and exclusive solution for creators who sell or promote digital products through Hotmart. With it, you can use your available balance to make purchases and manage your earnings more easily and securely, directly through the Hotmart app.

Important:  The Hotmart Card is currently only available for users with a tax residence in Brazil or Colombia. If you're based in another country, this feature isn't available at the moment.

How does the Hotmart Card work?

The Hotmart Card functions as a prepaid credit card, with the available limit tied to your Hotmart account balance. This means you can only spend what you already have available.

In Brazil, the card is offered in both physical and virtual versions, allowing you to make purchases in physical stores, withdraw cash from ATMs, and add the card to digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. In Colombia, the card is available in virtual format only, and transactions must be made in US dollars (USD). You can create up to ten virtual cards to organize your expenses by category or project, helping you keep your finances under control.

With the card, you can make online and in-store purchases (depending on the country), organize your expenses, and enjoy Mastercard benefits that grow with your business.

Who can request the card?

To request the Hotmart Card, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Have a tax residence in Brazil or Colombia.
• Be a creator, co-creator, or affiliate on Hotmart.
• Have at least 5 approved sales, with the first sale made over 7 days ago.
• Have no account or balance restrictions.

If you meet these conditions, you can request your card directly through the Hotmart app, available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).

Hotmart Journey: unlock exclusive benefits as you level up

As your business evolves, so do the benefits available with your Hotmart Card. Depending on your stage in the Hotmart Journey, you may receive a card issued under the Mastercard Business or Black category, each offering a different set of advantages provided by Mastercard in your country.

These benefits are automatically applied based on your current level in the Hotmart Journey, and your card will be issued accordingly when you submit your request.
