How does the automatic transfer of my available commissions for withdrawal work?

Starting in February 2024, all sales commissions available for withdrawal in any currency, except BRL (real), are automatically transferred without a withdrawal fee once a month to the bank account you registered on our platform. These commissions are associated with the specific currency wallet.

With this process, you benefit from receiving your available commissions for withdrawal free of charge once a month. This new receipt method does not exclude the possibility of you requesting withdrawals on the platform whenever you wish, following the current process. 

The flow for receiving local commissions made in Brazil, in reais, remains the same. This means that creators, cocreators, and affiliates with Brazilian accounts who make sales in reais and other currencies will have access to commissions in a hybrid way:

• Via withdrawal request for local commissions in BRL (reais), as currently done.
• Via automatic receipt for commissions in other currencies, with the possibility of requesting additional withdrawals whenever desired.

Important: the automatic and monthly transfer of your available commissions in currencies other than BRL (real) for withdrawal is not optional. Therefore, if you do not yet have a bank account registered on the platform, it is essential to register it as soon as possible to avoid the suspension of your sales.

Frequently asked questions

❯ Is there a minimum and maximum amount for automatic payout?

The minimum amount for automatic transfer is 100 USD (dollars) integrated. All integrated amounts will be automatically transferred to your registered bank account once a month. For more information on integrated balance, read this article.

Important: the transfer will only be completed if your registered bank account is able to receive the currency you have in your balance. That is, if you have a balance in euros, it is essential to ensure that the bank account registered on Hotmart receives values in euros.

❯ When will the automatic transfer of my available commissions for withdrawal be made?

The transfer will be made between Monday and Friday of the third week of each month. The time required for the money to be available in your bank statement will vary depending on your bank.

❯ Can I receive my available commissions for withdrawal in my Payoneer account?

Yes, but only for commissions in USD (dollars). Payoneer is not yet available for withdrawing commissions in EUR (euros), MXN (Mexican pesos), and GBP (pounds sterling). If you already have an active Payoneer account linked to your Hotmart account, you will automatically receive the transfer of your commissions in dollars.

You can keep the value of your commissions in Payoneer for as long as you wish, or transfer it to a bank account or use it via the Payoneer prepaid card. Learn how to register your Payoneer account here.

❯ Can I change the registered bank account for receiving my available commissions for withdrawal?

Yes, you can change the default account for receiving your commissions at any time. However, you will only be able to delete a previous account after adding and switching to a new account. Make sure that the registered accounts are able to receive the currencies you have in your balance.

To change your bank account, follow these instructions:

1. Access your account on the platform at the link: https://app.hotmart.com/. 
2. In the left menu, click on Wallet > Balance.
3. Click on the option Bank account for automatic transfer.
4. Click on Change account.
5. Choose the desired account and click Select account.
6. After that, you can select in which currency you want to receive your commissions. Remember that the exchange rate is updated daily based on the market.

❯ Will the withdrawal fee be charged for other commission withdrawals that I request?

Yes, since the free service is only for the automatic monthly transfer of commissions in currencies, except BRL (real), available for withdrawal, following a standard flow defined by Hotmart. If you want to request additional withdrawals on the platform, the withdrawal fee will be charged normally to cover the banking fees.

❯ Will cocreators and affiliates also receive their available commissions for withdrawal automatically and monthly?

Yes, the new receipt method applies to both creators and cocreators, and affiliates who have commissions available for withdrawal that are not in BRL (real).
