In order to reach more and more buyers in the digital market, our platform offers more than 20 payment methods, reaching buyers in more than 180 countries.

How do I enable different payment methods for my product?

The available payment methods can change depending on where the buyer is located. For this reason, even if you enable a certain payment option, it will only be shown to the buyer if it is available in the country where they live. This ensures a more fluid shopping experience adapted to local payment options.
To enable different payment methods for your product, simply follow the instructions below:

1. Access your account on the platform through the link https://app.hotmart.com/.
2. In the left-hand side menu, choose Products.
3. Opt for the product you want to include this payment method for.
4. In the left-hand side menu, click on Tools.
5. Among the options, select Checkout page settings and choose to enable the desired payment method.

❯ Creators who live in other countries have limited payment methods available to Brazilian Buyers. This is because the commission will be paid in dollars. In addition, payment via bank slip and bank transfer, for example, does not convert on the platform. Therefore, the payment option available on the payment page will be by credit card and PIX.
