How to adjust your product guarantee deadline

Producers need to establish a guarantee deadline for buyers to have a window of time to request a refund or to cancel a purchase if necessary.  

Those selling in European countries are required to choose a guarantee deadline of 15 or 30 days regardless of the type of product or payment form. The 15-day deadline meets basic European regulations. 

Outside of Europe, deadlines of 7, 15 or 30 days may be chosen. 

Check out how to adjust your refund deadline below:

1. Log onto the Hotmart platform: https://app-vlc.hotmart.com;
2. On the left-side menu, click I’m a Producer and select the product you’d like to adjust:
3. On the left-side menu, choose Pricing;
4. In the field below Refund Deadline select the number of days you’d like (keeping in mind the rules we’ve mentioned above);
5. Then, hit Save.
