Using Hotmart Club as your members area makes managing your products and students much more organized and efficient. With Club, you can view, manage, and track all users in one place, plus configure features like groups, gamification, messaging, and more.

Managing users in the members area
When you add a product to Hotmart Club, all students who purchase that product automatically become part of your members area. That’s why there are multiple ways to manage your Club members through the left-hand menu in your members area.

To manage users in your members area, follow these steps:

In the left-hand menu, click Products and then Members area.
- Select the members area you want to manage.
- In the left-hand menu, click Members.
When you open the Members tab, you’ll see a list of all registered users. By clicking the three-dot icon next to each name, you can perform several actions, such as:

User details: View student progress, engagement level, and personal information. You can also check all the products they have purchased and currently have access to.

Resend access: If the student didn’t receive or lost the login email, you can resend their access details quickly.

Block or restore product access: Restrict or reactivate a student’s access to specific products in your members area.

Remove user: If the student was manually added and did not purchase a product, you can remove them from the members area.

Managing users by specific products
In addition to managing your entire members area, you can also manage students individually for each product. This is useful for performing specific actions within courses, subscriptions, communities, or events.
To manage users by product, follow these steps:

In the left-hand menu, click Products and then Members area.
- Select the members area you want to manage.

In the left-hand menu, click Products.

Select the product you want to manage and go to the Users tab.

For online event products, this tab is called Participants.
Once inside the Users tab, you’ll find different details about your product and students, as well as options to perform individual or bulk actions. Here’s what you can do:
❯ Overview: View general information about your product
When accessing the Users tab, you’ll see an overview with general information about all users in the product or based on the applied search filter. In this overview, you can find the total number of users, the completion percentage, content consumption progress, and engagement with your product.

❯ Search bar, filters, and segmentation: Easily find users
If you’re looking for a specific student, you can use the search bar to find users by name or email. However, if you need to locate specific groups, click Filters to view different options that help you find one or more users:

Content: Filter by progress, group, content pages, and quizzes.

Access: Filter by purchase date, first and last access, access type, and whether the user is part of Access Plus. To learn more about Access Plus, check out this article.

User: Filter by engagement level, name, email, language, and categories.
Additionally, you can create custom segments by clicking + New segmentation, located in the upper-right corner of the page. This tool allows you to configure filters and save segmentations for future searches. For example, you can create a segment of students who haven’t completed 50% of the course.

Next to each student’s name in the Users tab, you’ll see individual details such as the date of their last access, access status, engagement level, and progress.
If you select one or more users and click Actions, you can apply various settings:

Export student list: Download a CSV file with details like name, email, progress, and group.

Change group: Select one or more students and move them to a different group.

Resend access: Send the login information email again to selected students.

Block or restore access: Restrict or reactivate a student’s access to the product.

If you need to see specific information about a student, simply click on their name in the Users tab. This will open a screen with full details, where you can check:
- Personal information, such as assigned group and role.
- Progress and course completion.
- Quiz results.
- Course activity history.
