❯ To set up your custom domain on Hotmart Club, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Hotmart account at https://app.hotmart.com/.
- In the upper right corner, click on the nine-dot menu, then select Hotmart Club.
- Choose the Club you want to configure.
- In the left-side menu, click on Settings.
- Under the General information tab, you’ll see the name and current URL of your Hotmart Club.
- Click on the Set up your own domain button to start the process.
- Enter the domain you’ve registered and want to use. Ensure that it’s valid, properly registered, and that all payments are up to date.
- After entering the domain, click Configure and then Ok, got it.

You’ll be redirected to the previous page. In the Custom Domain section, add the required DNS entries. Include the CNAME record and ensure that the A and AAAA records are correctly configured.
a. If the domain has been used elsewhere before Hotmart Club, you may need to review the settings to ensure everything works correctly.
b. If you use an external video player, remember to enable the Hotmart domain and the new domain in the player settings to ensure the videos play correctly. - Wait up to 72 hours for the domain to fully update. You can monitor the status, which will change from In process to Configured.
Done! Once configured and updated, your students will be able to access your members area through your new custom domain.
