How to create a Hotmart Club?
To start using the Members Area, you must first create a product on the platform. If you haven’t created your product yet, check out the step-by-step guide in this article.
When creating a product as an online course or subscription, you’ll automatically be prompted to create a Members Area and can choose Hotmart Club. However, it's important to note that creating a Members Area isn’t required during the product creation process—you can set it up at any time to fit your needs.
Follow these steps to set up and start using Hotmart Club:
- Log in to your Hotmart account at https://app.hotmart.com.
- In the left-side menu, click Products and then Members area.
- On the new screen, click + Create Hotmart Club.
- Choose a name for your members area and, if desired, customize the access URL.
- Select the products you want to include in the members area and click Next.
- That’s it! Your members area is now ready to use. Once your members area is created, you’ll see the initial Hotmart Club screen.
As you navigate the left-side menu, you’ll find the following sections:

By clicking on Products, you will find a list of all the products in your members area. By clicking on the three-dot menu for each of the products listed, you'll find the options to Edit, Customize image and Show promotional links.
- By clicking Edit or selecting a product from the list, you can: Edit the product’s content; Adjust settings; Activate the product display; Customize the product display; Set up certificates; Manage users, groups, comments, and communities.
- By clicking Customize Image, you’ll be taken to the product customization screen. Here, you can: Organize how the modules are displayed; Set banner and avatar images; Set up the cover image for the product display, if applicable.
- When you click Show promotional links, you’ll be redirected to the Hotlinks page in the product panel. On this page, you can: View the promotional links generated for both you and your affiliates; Find additional links and marketing materials.

Then, you’ll can preview your members area in two ways:

Preview your Club's showcase: Click the Preview button in the upper-right corner of the screen to see your members area homepage.

Additionally, you can test the experience from different perspectives, such as creator, member with access, user with no access, and user logged-out. If you're previewing a product, you can also select the view by groups. To choose the preview perspective, simply access the preview screen and select the option in the upper-right corner.

❯ How does the redirection of my members area to the latest version of Hotmart Club work?
If you have products that were set up in an earlier version of Hotmart Club, they will soon be automatically hosted in the most recent version. To ensure your students have a smooth transition, you can migrate your products to a new Hotmart Club, which will redirect all access to this updated experience.
To do this, follow the steps below:
- Log into your Hotmart account at: https://app.hotmart.com.
- In the left-hand menu, click Products and then Members area.
- On the next screen, click + Create Hotmart Club.
- Choose a name for your members area and, if you prefer, customize the access URL.
- Select the products you want to migrate to the new members area and click Next.
From this point on, all access will be redirected to the new version of your members area, offering more intuitive navigation and new features.
Additionally, when you migrate your product to the new version, all content will be automatically transferred to Hotmart Club without needing to reconfigure anything:
- All classes (videos and materials) will remain available.
- Student comments will stay visible in each class.
- Students will continue accessing as usual since they will be redirected to the new URL generated after migration.
- Even if your product doesn’t receive new updates, students will still have access to it.
