The Web App is a tool offered within Hotmart Club, designed to make it easier for your students to access products hosted in your members area. With this feature, your students can create a shortcut on the home screen of their phone, computer, or tablet, allowing them to access the content with a single tap and navigate more quickly.
❯ To create and share the Web App with your students, follow the instructions below:
- Log into your Hotmart account via this link: https://app.hotmart.com.
- On the left-side menu, click Products and select Members area.
- Choose the members area you want to set up and click to access it.
- In the left-side menu, go to Settings.
- Under Settings, select the Tools tab.
- You’ll see the Web app option. Click Edit to configure it.

On the next screen, toggle the switch to Enable custom app. Then, set the following:
- Name and icon: Choose a name and upload the image that will serve as the Web App icon. The image must be in PNG format, up to 5 MB in size, and measure 512x512 pixels.
- Loading screen customization: Personalize the loading screen by selecting a background color and uploading your company logo. This customization is only available for Android devices.
- Once you’ve completed the setup, click Post to apply the changes.
Changes may take up to 24 hours to reflect. After making updates, students who have already downloaded the app will need to reinstall it to see the changes.
❯ After publishing, students will see a banner at the top of your members area encouraging them to download the Web App. The banner will be displayed on:
- Computers using Chrome.
- Android phones and tablets using Chrome.
- Apple devices (iPhones and iPads) using Chrome and Safari.
