The Hotmart Club Moderation Center is an exclusive section of the members area that allows you or members of your team to view, manage, and categorize the comments from users of your courses.
Important: only the creators of the members area or team members with permission to manage products via the Collaborators Center will have access to this section. To assign this permission, refer to this article.
To use the Moderation Center, follow the steps below:
- Log in to Hotmart through the link https://app.hotmart.com/.
- From the nine-dot menu located in the upper right corner, select Hotmart Club.
- Choose the desired members area.
- Click on the Moderation button, in the left sidebar.
Inside the Moderation Center, you will find all the comments already made on products in your members area. You can filter them as Pending, Approved, Hidden, and Spam. To do this, just click on Filters in the top right corner of the screen.
When you click on a comment within the Center, you will be able to see more details about it on the right screen, which will display information such as:
- Name of the course.
- Module in which the comment was made.
- Description of the module.
- User's name and comment.
To moderate the comment, after clicking on the desired comment, just click on the options right below the message:
- Approved: Makes the comment visible to all users, and the response to the message will also be visible to all.
- Hidden: Hides the comment from other users. In this case, the response will be sent privately to the person who commented.
- Spam: Removes the comment from the feed. It will remain hidden but can be re-evaluated in the future.
