Access Plus is an exclusive feature of Hotmart Club, designed to make it easier to share access to your courses. With this tool, the main purchaser can invite up to three dependents to access the purchased content without needing to share their own login credentials.
In this article, you will learn how to enable and disable Access Plus in Hotmart Club, as well as how it works and its rules.
What is Access Plus?
Access Plus allows main students to share access to a course with up to three dependents, such as family members or friends. Invitees receive an email link to create their own login credentials, ensuring the privacy and security of the main purchaser’s data. This feature can be enabled or disabled for each product.
❯ To set up Access Plus in your members area, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Hotmart account via the link: https://app.hotmart.com.
- In the side menu, click Products, then select Members Area.
- Choose the members area you want to set up.
- Click Products in the left-hand menu.
- Select the product for which you want to enable Access Plus.
- On the new screen, click the Settings tab.
- Locate the Access Plus section and toggle the switch to activate the feature.
- Define which of your offers will have Access Plus enabled. If you prefer, you can also create new offers and then link them to Access Plus.
- Click Save to confirm the settings.
If you need to disable Access Plus for a product, follow the same activation process and, in step 7, toggle the switch to disable it. Then, click Save to finalize.
Important information about Access Plus
Before using Access Plus, it’s essential to understand some operational rules:
- Invitations and access: Once the dependent accepts the invitation, the access cannot be transferred to another person.
- Dependent management: Only the creator can remove a dependent, freeing up the slot for another person to be invited by the main student. In this case, when a student is removed, they will lose all access to the course, their history, progress, and all interactions will be deleted. This action is irreversible.
- Delinquency or refunds: If the main purchaser requests a refund or defaults on payments, all dependents will lose access.
- Feature deactivation: If Access Plus is disabled, students who have already purchased and are using the feature will still have active access and can continue to invite dependents normally.
