How to update your product to the latest version of Hotmart Club?

If you sell subscriptions or online courses hosted on Hotmart and haven’t yet created your members area to take advantage of all the new features in Hotmart Club, this guide will show you how to make your product’s learning experience even more functional and modern.

Hotmart Club, Hotmart’s members area, has been redesigned to offer a more personalized experience with major improvements, including gamification to boost student engagement, simplified user management in one place, customization options that turn your content into irresistible series, and much more.

 

How to Update to the Latest Version

Updating is quick and intuitive, allowing you to transfer your content seamlessly.

This option is available to all users with products hosted on Hotmart in the previous version of Hotmart Club who haven’t yet upgraded to the latest version.

All your Hotmart Club content will be migrated automatically, ensuring a smooth transition with no data loss. This includes, student groups, classes (titles, videos, and additional content), extra materials, quizzes and modules.

Additionally, your login screen, users, collaborators, editors, administrators, logo, and primary color settings will also be preserved.

To update your course, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Hotmart account at https://app.hotmart.com.
2. In the left-side menu, click Products, then select My Products.
3. Find and select the product (online course, subscription, or online event) that you want to update to the latest version of Hotmart Club.
4. In the left-side menu, click Course Management.
5. Click Access Course Management.
6. In the new screen, click Update Now or Use New Club at the top of the page.
7. Review the information, then click Confirm and Update.

That’s it! Your Hotmart Club has been updated to the new experience, and you can now start customizing it and using all the new features using this article.

Important: You can update to the latest version until April 11, 2025. After this date, the new Hotmart Club will be the only available version.

How to Set Up Hotmart Club Redirection for Students

If you recently migrated your product to the latest version of Hotmart Club, we recommend enabling automatic redirection. This ensures that when students click on your course link, they’ll be directed to the new experience.

For products migrated from February 2025 onward, automatic redirection will be enabled by default.

To enable or disable redirection, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Hotmart account at https://app.hotmart.com.
2. In the left-side menu, click Products, then select Members Area.
3. Choose the members area where your product was migrated.
4. Click Products, then select the product you want to configure redirection for.
5. Go to the Product Settings tab.
6. In the Automatic Redirection section, enable or disable the function as needed.
7. Click Save to confirm your changes.

Automatic redirection ensures that students accessing the old course link are sent directly to the latest version of Hotmart Club. If redirection is enabled, students will no longer be able to access the previous version of the course.
