How to create a paid module?
To create an additional paid module, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Hotmart account via https://app.hotmart.com/.
- In the nine-dot menu in the upper right corner, select Hotmart Club.
- On the new screen, click on Products in the left-side menu and select the course you want to add the module to.
- Click on the Extra tab.
- Click Create, then select New module.
- On the new screen, enter the module name and choose the Additional paid module option.
- Add a cover image, select the classes for which the module will be available, write a description, set the price, and upload the media.
- Click Save to finish.
- Then, click Add and select Content.
- Don’t forget to click Post now so your students can access the content.
❯ You can include various types of content in the module, such as:
- Videos or audios in formats like .mov, .mp4, .avi, .mkv, .mp3 (note: videos can be up to 20GB, and other files up to 100MB).
- Texts, PDFs, and supplementary reading links.
- Embedded content (YouTube, SoundCloud, Slideshare, etc.).
- Downloadable files (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Important: The purchase of an additional paid module will be processed as a new transaction on the platform.
How to create a free module?
To create an additional free module, follow these steps:
- Follow the previous steps up to step 5.
- Click on the Free registration tab.
- Enable the product for free registration.
- Set up the sales page and define the product price.
- Click Save.
- When creating a new module, select Yes in the Enable free module? option.
- Don’t forget to Publish the module, so your students can access the content.
